- Book sales for the Summer 2024 term will begin Monday, May 13, 2024. Students may use their financial aid to purchase books and 供应 in the RCC书店 or Books online on the following dates: 2024年5月15日年至5月29日, 2024. Students should bring their RCC ID and class schedule.
- 金融援助 funds can be used as payment for book orders placed online. Select Student Account at 结帐. These orders will begin processing on 2024年5月15日.
- Please allow 24 hours for processing online book orders. You will receive a notification via RCC email that your order is ready. You must pick up in the Bookstore as we do not ship orders to students. If you are purchasing an Access Code, you may ask to receive it by calling (336) 349-2226 once the order has been processed.
- The Bookstore is located on the upper level of Whitcomb Student Center and offers all the textbooks needed for your classes as well as a variety of pens, 铅笔, 笔记本电脑, 礼物, and RCC clothing items.

退款政策
- Cash register receipt must accompany all returns for refund.
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition (i.e., unopened package, not written in or otherwise defaced, not used or worn).
- Merchandise defective due to publisher or manufacturer’s error will always be replaced.
- Textbook returns for the Fall and Spring terms should be made within fourteen (14) days after the first day of classes or within (14) days of purchase. Textbook returns for the summer term should be made within seven (7) days after the first day of classes or within two (2) weeks of purchase, whichever occurs first.
- Refunds will be processed in a timely matter. Purchases made with debit/credit card will be processed immediately through the Bookstore. Purchases made with cash/check will be processed by the RCC Business Office within (2) weeks after the return. All returns are subject to the approval of bookstore personnel, and any exceptions to this policy must have the approval of the bookstore manager.
